How many guests can the space accommodate?
Solid World Studios is a 1300 sq ft open-concept space that comfortably accommodates small to mid-size gatherings. Capacity varies based on setup, but most seated events work well for 40-60 guests. Standing events may allow for more.
What types of events can be hosted?
Our space is perfect for:

What is included in the rental?
Rental includes access to the full studio space, natural light areas, and open floor plan. Tables and chairs are available if needed.
Is outside catering allowed?
Yes, outside catering is welcome. We ask that all vendors are licensed and that the space is left in the condition it was received.
How long is the rental period?
Rental blocks typically begin at a minimum of 3 hours. Additional time can be added based on availability.
How do I secure my date?
To reserve your event date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Dates are not held without both.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted for private events. Depending on the type of event, proof of a licensed bartender or temporary permit may be required. We’ll review alcohol service details during the booking process.
